Fellows are responsible for booking their own flights. Please arrange your flights to arrive/depart at the following times:

Arrive in Singapore:   

By 4:00 pm on October  5.

Depart Singapore:  

You may depart any time on October 8. 

We highly recommend staying at the designated KF group hotel as this is where transportation will be coordinated to/from. Given there will be road closures due to F1 preparations, it's best to travel with the group. Rooms are limited and offered at a discounted rate, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to ensure availability

• KF Rate: $360 SGD single occupancy per night. $390.00 SGD double occupancy per night (includes breakfast; does not include taxes/fees). To secure the group rate, please use the booking link below.
• This rate is available for 2 days pre-arrival, but subject to hotel availability. It will not be available post-event due to the Singapore Grand Prix. 
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival, free of charge. After 30 days, you will be resposible for the full cost of the room, including taxes.

For US Citizens 

US passport holders do not need a visa to enter Singapore for tourism or business purposes. However, you will need to complete a Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) before you travel.

Yellow Fever Vaccination 

If you are arriving from a country with a risk of yellow fever transmission, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate upon entry. Check whether this applies to your departure country before you travel here. 

For Non-US Citizens 

Visa requirements vary by nationality. Please check the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for the requirements specific to your passport.
